What we can help with
With one-to one therapy we can help you work through the challenges of a number of mental health issues including depression, anxiety and mood disorders such as phobias and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD); anger; low self-estem; stress management; parenting challenges and family transitions such as separation and divorce; adult relationship challengs (both traditional and same sex couples); abuse; addictions; truama including post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); grief and loss issues.
Many people use therapy or coaching as an opportunity to have a better understanding of themselves through an exploration of increased self-awareness and self-actulization. In this instance our work is often more directive and solution focused to achieve your goals and aspirations.
