Coming to counselling can be a scary (and brave) step to take.
It involves opening up to a complete stranger about things you may have kept inside for many years
offer a safe space for you to explore your emotions, life experiences, behaviours, and ways of thinking. I am an Integrative Therapist, which means I am trained in more than one school of therapy.
My therapy offers clients the confidence to face the future with a new perspective, using the skill sets and tools learned with me.
Wherever you are on your personal journey, our lives have purpose. Your individual purpose is not comparable to anyone else’s – it is all about you. It’s what makes you feel complete, content and at peace with yourself.
The key to counselling and psychotherapy is that it is a space that is your own; one that is empathic, safe and non-judgemental. I will listen to you.
Whatever your personal circumstances the Centre for Therapy aim to help put you in touch with a therapist that can help.
