Coming to counselling can be a scary (and brave) step to take.
It involves opening up to a complete stranger about things you may have kept inside for many years

My approach is non-judgemental, warm, empathetic and curious. No two people have the same experience and my role is to understand you within your context to help understand and make sense of your experience.
offer a safe space for you to explore your emotions, life experiences, behaviours, and ways of thinking. I am an Integrative Therapist, which means I am trained in more than one school of therapy.
My aim is to understand your presenting issue in depth, look for patterns in relationships and current behaviour and to work with you to formulate effective solutions.
The key to counselling and psychotherapy is that it is a space that is your own; one that is empathic, safe and non-judgemental. I will listen to you.
Whatever your personal circumstances the Centre for Therapy aim to help put you in touch with a therapist that can help.
