I am an integratively trained counsellor with five years of experience working with clients.
Helping them explore and work through their issues. Although I am integratively trained, I specialise in Psychodynamic and Person-centred therapy. However, being integratively trained means I have a wide knowledge of different counselling theories that I can adapt to suit individual needs.
