I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My training was provided by a BACP-accredited course provider and I work within the BACP’s professional framework, fulfilling their requirements for ongoing supervision and continued professional development.
I hold certification in Purpose coaching.
In addition to my private practice, I have worked as a therapist in a UK-based mental health charity, working with a range of complex issues, and I have worked as a therapist in a university wellbeing and psychological services clinic. I have also worked as a coaching mentor within the education sector, coaching teachers and education providers.
My unique approach is compassion-focused and blends traditional therapeutic modalities, with neuroscience and Somatic practices into a holistic experience that feels warm, and nourishing and caters to your individual needs.

My journey to becoming a psychotherapist and transformation coach wasn’t a linear one, but it was the perfect path for me to reach where I am today and become the person I am.
I originally trained as a dancer and spent almost 20 years working in the dance industry.
It was my passion and curiosity for understanding the potential of the human body and its expressions, that led me to leading choreography workshops with young people experiencing challenging circumstances.
Being part of an experience where individuals were able to redefine their reality through having a creative means to connect back into their body, and a supportive space to hold them through the process, left a lasting impact on me.
This experience motivated me to re-invent my own career and continues to inspire and shape the way I currently approach both my personal and professional life.
