I offer an integrative counselling approach that is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT.
In addition to being a fully qualified counsellor, I have a career spanning over 15 years of working in mental health professions.
I work from a private office to ensure you have a safe & confidential space to explore any matters that are causing you distress or concern.
I work on a collaborative basis with you to help you understand how your difficulties are impacting you now and we will continue to work together to allow you to find ways to deal with them.
The end goal is to allow you to become an expert in managing your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours in future.
I work from Alloa Business Centre which is easily accessible by car, bus & train and has free onsite parking.
I also have the ability to work from offices in Stirling city centre should this be required.
I am able to support a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, stress, abuse and relationship problems
