I have over 10 years of using CBT informed methods and have been qualified in CBT for the past 5 years.
I aim to equip individuals with a greater understanding of themselves and the necessary skills to overcome past difficulties and current challenges.’
Kelly provides a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable discussing difficult events that may have happened in your past, the problems and challenges that you are currently experiencing as well as your goals and dreams for the future.

Kelly has the skills and knowledge to provide therapy that is tailored to each individual specific need and so by the end of sessions you have the skills to be your own therapist.
From training as a Psychologist, Kelly is skilled in a wide range of therapeutic modalities and psychological theories, which she uses in practice as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Kelly has over 12 years of experience in the NHS, HMPS, private healthcare, schools, pupil referral units, accident and emergency, community mental health and secure hospitals.
She has gained extensive experience in providing psychological and psychotherapeutic support to individuals, couples and groups.
She has completed a BSc Hons in Psychology and Criminology at Nottingham Trent University, a MSc in Forensic Psychology at London Metropolitan University, a PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy at The University of Hertfordshire and a PgD Practitioner Programme in Forensic Psychology at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
She is currently working towards becoming a Doctor of Psychology at Nottingham Trent University.
