It’s not about the destination, it’s all about the journey

Michelle Ramsay

My private practice is set in the heart of the beautiful Wye Valley, providing that much-needed relaxing calm safe space.

As a fully certified Psychotherapist and Supervisor working within the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) framework, I specialise in working with Narcissistic Abuse and Spiritual Trauma.

I understand the depth of emotional pain you will have suffered if you have been a victim of this form of abuse.

I work with clients who have experienced multiple traumas and supervise therapists who are in private practice and those who may need specific support in their work when working with clients in this specialist field.

Safe non-judgemental space

I believe that having a safe non judgemental space to be heard, understood and validated is fundamental in helping you start your healing journey.

I am especially interested in the effects of Narcissistic Abuse within a Narcissistic family structure, and its correlation with Cults, Religious Abuse and Spiritual Abuse.

If you are struggling with the effects of Narcissistic Abuse and or Spiritual Abuse, Psychotherapy may well be the answer you are looking for. Book a consultation, you’ll meet me and know instantly if it is right.

Online Psychotherapy

Online therapy has become an innovative way forward in extending the boundaries of how we provide psychotherapeutic support.

It benefits a wider geographical reach meaning you as the client have much more choice and autonomy in selecting the right therapist for you.

In the same way as face-to-face psychotherapy having someone to listen to you in a nonjudgmental and empathic way will enable you to gain clarity and insight into those areas currently in the dark but very much dominating your life.

Couples Psychotherapy

Processing and working through unresolved issues, as the therapeutic environment allows the couples to express their feelings in a safe environment and enables the development of communication skills that will foster a healthy relationship.

Supervision

Supervision is essential to how you as the therapist support good practice.

Supervision will provide you with regular and ongoing opportunities to reflect in-depth on all aspects of your work in order to practice effectively, safely and as ethically as possible.

I offer Specialist supervision for therapists working in private practice, as well as one-off sessions for those who wish to broaden their knowledge of narcissistic abuse and spiritual/religious trauma.
