About Sinéad
My name is Sinéad and I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Dublin city centre.
I offer a humanistic, person-centred approach to therapy, where all clients are respected and supported with compassion.
I believe it is vital that clients are provided with a space in which they can be truly heard and validated.
I’m particularly interested in working with the following issues: bullying and emotional abuse (including gaslighting, narcissism, toxic positivity), family conflicts, menstrual health (Endometriosis and PMDD), pet illness and pet loss, relationship difficulties (for example, infidelity).

Qualifications, training and experience
Counsellor & Psychotherapist (IACP pre-accredited)
- I hold a First Class Honours B.Sc. degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, and I am a pre-accredited member of the IACP.
- Queen's University Belfast: MA English Literature, 2004
- Queen's University Belfast: MPhil English Literature, 2008
Further information
I am available for in-person sessions on Friday afternoons in Dublin city centre.
Hours of work: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons.
